4.   Can I keep my existing number but change it from normal SIM to eSIM?

5.   Can I still use the physical SIM after I activated my eSIM using the same number?

• Once your eSIM is activated, your physical SIM will be deactivated.

6.   How can I set up the eSIM profile on my phone?

• All you have to do is open your phone's camera application, scan the QR code and allow the eSIM profile to download on your phone.

7.   How many eSIM profiles can I have in one handset?

• It depends on the handset model. Most eSIM compatible handsets support between 5 to 10 eSIM profiles.

8.   Can I use a normal SIM and an eSIM on the same device and at the same time?
